Daniel Hanover leads the execution of Palm Tree’s Financial Modeling, Post-Close Transition, and Business Transformation services, managing each team to ensure quality and timeliness of client deliverables.
Mr. Hanover has over a decade of experience providing strategic advisory services to public and private companies in the telecommunications, media, technology, and healthcare IT sectors across a broad range of transactions.
Before joining Palm Tree, Mr. Hanover worked in various investment banking and corporate development positions where he participated in over $2 billion worth of M&A buy-side, sell-side and capital raising transactions. He was previously a Vice President at Stifel and Rutberg & Company, a Director within Kronos’ corporate strategy and corporate development group and an Associate at Cowen and Company. He began his career as an Analyst at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (acquired by Credit Suisse).
Mr. Hanover graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics and holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He enjoys time with his family and competitive sailboat racing.
